AI Disclosure
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Xfactor Enterprise LLC uses artificial intelligence to respond faster and help customers around the clock. We believe you should always know when you are talking to AI.
Where we use AI
- Phone: calls may be answered by an AI voice assistant. It will identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call.
- Chat and text: website chat, text messages and social media messages may be answered by an AI assistant.
- Content: some written and visual content is created or edited with the help of AI and reviewed by our team.
Talking to a person
You can ask to speak with a person at any time, or email AI@xfactorenterprise.com.
Recordings and accuracy
Calls and messages with our AI assistants may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve our service, where permitted by law and disclosed at the start of the conversation. AI can make mistakes; important details such as pricing, scheduling and commitments are confirmed by our team or in writing.
For our clients
When we build AI assistants for client businesses, we configure them to disclose that they are AI and to follow applicable laws on call recording, consent and automated messaging.
